Finding Agnes Ebenal's final resting place puts the final touch on a tragic story of Jacob and Agnes's journey with their four girls. Tragedy struck along the way and they all wound up at the Provincial Asylum for the Insane in 1931. Unfortunately Agnes passed in 1932 and her husband Jacob wound up being sent to Delview Hospital in Vernon, BC where he passed in 1949. All four girls survived and lived good lives.

This is the final chapter in a months long search for my wife's grandparents and without the help of Michael de Courcy's history and documentation, we would have some but not all the information. For that we sincerely thank you Michael.
